Make sure to only recharge it using the included cable - this ensures a shorter distance between delivery of electricity for the battery. Ensuring safety from anything related to a fire hazard.
Allows you to externally power and charge USB-A male cables to devices, two at a time.
USB-A to USB-Type C(Android), USB-A to Lightning for iOS(Apple) and any other USB devices, such as wireless headphones, flashlight, digital camera that charges with their USB ended cable.
Usually charge mine up and it can take 8-12 hours to be honest.

I'm going rafting for a week. Would this keep my Gear fit watch charged?
Yes however, I would not have this battery nearby water while charging, or take it in the water at all. Great to keep in a bag of supplies in the vehicle, or tent. Will recharge any USB powered devices and accessories. Gear Fit should have a magnetic charging dock that the end is USB-A male.

How long would this take to charge an Android that's at 0% to 100%?
Depends on your phone, cable length, temperatures - however, it should take average about 3 hours for a full total charge. Great to use for quick refills, from 20-40% or 70-100%, but can be used for a full complete charge no problem.

Yes, use your iPhone cable you already own, and plug it in to the USB on this battery. It will recharge your iPhone completely multiple times.
