I must have gotten a lemon in this tablet. Even sitting next to my wi-fi router it does not show any website, just the address bar. It runs out of battery juice rapidly and takes over 12 hours for a charge. The only thing that functions sometimes is the pre-loaded Angry bird game. I'm taking it back to the store!
What's great about it: angry bird game
What's not so great: internet NO service
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are going to Europe. We purchased the plug converter. Can the charging cable on this be used with a power converter?
Yes. You don't need a "power converter" just a plug adaptor as the charger is listed as 100-240 VAC 50-60 hz (you gotta read the info on the plug!). Depending on where you go, it might take longer to charge due to variences in currents.
