If I could give this 4-1/2 Stars, as my favorite seasons are the first three! However that aside, Supernatural does deserve the 5, as it has been a surprisingly good series, loved by my wife & I both.
We didn't start watching the series until this spring, & got the 1st 9 seasons as a set, on the recommendation of a friend. I can't remember how long we had that set sitting around until we finally decided to try watching it, but by the time we got thru about 1/4 of the 1st season, we were hooked on it!
From then on we watched one season after the next (the only way to watch it!....esp. w/ no commercials or waiting for the next episode!) & when we got to the end, buying the next seasons until we were up to date was automatic.
The Blu-ray was a great transfer and the extras are all worth watching.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend getting this, along with the rest of the Seasons. Supernatural is a really good series, and as our friend did for us, I HIGHLY recommend you give this show a try.

(I would highly recommend you to Watch it from the beginning! It is not something you can expect to enjoy if you just "pop in" for an episode or two. You could do that with most of the 1st three seasons, but the format/ story line is no longer "completed each episode", & much of it is now built from week to week.)
Anyone who likes this sort of subject matter, will love Supernatural!

Fun movie for the whole family!

Minions is a great addition to the "Despicable Me" movies, filling in what happened to the Minions before they worked for Gru. It ends with the point in time when they first meet him.
While the movie is a lot of fun and the story is enjoyable, I myself rate it slightly below the Despicable Me movies. It didn't have quite as much feeling and depth that the others did, and when covering portions of the Minions past history, it felt quite rushed. Meanwhile, other parts seemed to drag a bit.
While I liked it, especially in 3D, I really thought they could have done a lot better with the story than they did.
Again, the 1st 2 movies with Gru were the best. (The potential of working a story of where the Minions came from, fell far short of what it could have been.) While disappointing, it was still worth seeing.

While we don't normally spend this much on a television, we felt that with the lifespan of the average TV, the extra money spread out over the years wasn't really that much... especially with how much we watch it! We also were hesitant at first, as this was the largest TV we ever bought. But indeed, as someone said, no one who loves movies ever complained that the screen was too big!
For our review of this TV, I will start out by saying that it is fantastic. The 4K resolution (even with up-scaling) is terrific, with a much clearer picture. We experienced a nice improvement when we got our 1080p 10 years ago, and the 4K was again, a nice step up for our eyes.
Some people say that with bad eyesight, they don't think they would notice the difference, but having worsening eyesight (because of age) I can confirm that the better the clarity and resolution, the better it is to see! (It is only logical, for why would you give something blurry to someone with bad eyesight!)

Beyond the 4K (which this TV delivers really well), the color is terrific, as well as the rest of the picture quality aspects. Compared to the other TVs in the showroom, this one caught our eye (my wife & I) as standing out above the rest. The color & clarity were obviously the best in the room of TVs, and while we looked carefully at all the different ones available, we kept coming back to this one, liking it the best.
From reading up on various forums (AVS, etc.) I worried about things like "flash-lighting" and such, but this TV did not suffer from the problems other people encountered with other brands & models. The only thing I notice is occasional "ghosting" (traces of double imaging) while watching 3D. I would actually give the TV 4-1/2 stars instead of 5 if I could, as I am a real lover of 3D movies. However I do not see ghosting on every 3D movie we watch, and I tend to think that the ghosting is often caused by the movie itself, and not the TV.
Otherwise, we have no real complaints with the TV at all. The picture quality is fantastic, and it has connectivity & features beyond what we could ever expect.
While the TV is a bit large for our living-room (from a "home-decor" viewpoint) my wife & I BOTH love the size, and actually wish it were bigger! We decided that our comfort & viewing enjoyment were more important than having someone else thinking our room looked like something from a home or garden magazine!
Indeed, this television is something we know we will enjoy for years to come.
We would highly recommend this TV to anyone considering it.

Note: For anyone purchasing a new TV, I would recommend going online to one of the forums (like AVS), to see if any "recommended settings" are posted for your model. It did help me to understand the different settings & to "tweak" the picture to what we like best.
It is also a good place to get info about what to watch for when trying out your new TV during the first couple weeks. While a lot to search thru, read & learn (and obviously not for everyone), there is a wealth of information online, to guide one thru the TV choosing process. (Just take it with a grain of salt & don't let it make you worry.) The people at Best Buy were pretty good at helping us, and they give you a decent trial period to decide if your TV purchase is a good match for you to your satisfaction.
It is also a good place to get info about what to watch for when trying out your new TV during the first couple weeks.
