Immerse yourself in games and music with this Inspire T15 2.0 MF1670AA003 speaker system, which offers BasXPort technology for thumping bass tones. Wirelessly connect your computer or mobile device using the Bluetooth interface.
I needed a replacement set of speakers for an older Mac Mini and didn’t want to pay a lot. The reviews for the Creative T15 speakers were mostly good, so I took a chance and ordered a set.
Wow! was I impressed with these speakers. The sound quality is superb, with a full range from bass to treble. The sound quality is every bit as good as any expensive Bose product. I own 3 different Bose sound systems, so I know what I’m talking about.
The system comes with a bass/treble adjust to tweak the sound when needed. The volume control also doubles as the on/off switch. Simple and efficient.
The basic assembly of the speakers consists of 3 simple steps. First, carefully unpack the speakers. Second, align and slide into place the outlet blades on the power block and connect the power block to the main speaker. Finally, connect the satellite speaker to the RCA jack on the main speaker. You’re done.
Connecting a sound source is simple, with 2 connection options. First, there’s a direct connect via a standard eighth inch stereo jack. Just plug and play.
The second option is via bluetooth. Connecting to my Mac Mini was a snap. All I had to do was open the bluetooth panel, make sure my bluetooth was enabled then press the bluetooth button, for 3 seconds, on the main speaker. When the button started to blink, I could see the new speakers in the list of devices available on my Mac. I selected the speakers and accepted the pairing. Done. After that I could see the new speakers in all the audio setup panels, ready to use.
Final thought. The Creative T15 Bluetooth Speakers are inexpensive, well made, easy to setup and sound great. If you’re looking for a set of versatile, quality speakers, look no further.
