Starring Richard Pryor and George Carlin, the 1976 comedy Car Wash gets a widescreen DVD release from Universal. The original mono soundtrack is presented in English. A French-dubbed soundtrack is also available. Optional subtitles come in English, Spanish, and French. Closed captions are accessible. The only special feature is the original theatrical trailer. This disc is a slight improvement on the full-frame Good Times release in 2001, which still delivers the nostalgic soundtrack and dated '70s fashions that helped make it a cult favorite.

I bought this movie to share with my daughter who is too young to remember it. She enjoyed it a great deal. It is uncut with all the original scenes included.
