Great protection for my laptop

I'll be honest - I bought this case based on the price, not the color itself. But I actually really like the gray because it looks similar to the actual case color. It's great protection for the outside of my laptop.
Something that does bug me is how challenging the case can be to remove - but that also makes me feel more secure in knowing it won't just fall of my laptop.

Great laptop for a decent price

I'm glad I bought this from Best Buy. When my laptop was delivered, I actually had problems with the wi-fi connection. I took it to my local Best Buy store and the Geek Squad looked at it free of charge and actually replaced the laptop for me so I had one that works.
I LOVE this laptop, and I'm very pleased with Best Buy's excellent customer service in quickly replacing my product.
