Headset Falls Down

The headset does not stay up properly. I made sure it was as tight as possible but it still slides down. I will be returning and purchasing a Collective Minds set, which charges 2 controllers instead of just 1 and has a hook to hang headphones.

Bought this in NYC and spent 3 days testing it out while adjusting settings throughout my time there. Each time I would come back to my hotel and look at the photos and videos, the quality was horrible. Not sure why they say it's 4K... even the photos were not good. Luckily I could return it and the accessories I bought.
