They cut out constantly and you'll be lucky to get more than an hour, maybe 90 minutes of playtime before they abruptly shut off. Too bad because these showed so much promise on the style (non obtrusive), fit (comfortable and secure feeling), and sound (quite good!... when it works)... Maybe Sony will fix the really sloppy bluetooth implementation with firmware (or next gen). And the battery life is simply unacceptable regardless of the "totally wireless" design. File under: disappointed (and yes, I returned them.)

This refill seems to fit quite a few models and I applaud Norelco's engineers for doing sol. I really like this new set of blades. It seems much smoother (and of course sharper) than the original. Since the shaver cost nearly $200 new, the nominal cost of this new head/blades is worth it.

Highly doubtful. I believe Verizon (and ATT) iPhones must be directly "unlocked" by their carrier. T Mobile devices (similar to ATT with GSM-based SIM cards) are oftentimes unlocked (or are more easily "allowed" to go off network by T Mobile)

The shipping date on the Jawbone website has changed from 10-11 weeks to 6-7 weeks. I'm wondering if any updates have been received via Best Buy
they're in stock in most Best Buys in US as of July 2015 (and they seem to keep them in stock too as I've been in several different stores since in Boston area and also So. New Hampshire and noticed them on the shelves.

Do the activity trackers with heart rate monitors work if you have a pacemaker?
I have a pacemaker and wonder if the fitness activity trackers that have heart rate monitors would work if I have a pacemaker. I have had a fitbit in the past and it worked fine.....but it did not have a heart rate monitor. I had asked my cardiologist and he didn't think that it would interfere with the pacemaker....but I need to know if the pacemaker will interfere with the heart rate monitor of these items.
There is nothing about these bands that should interfere with a pace maker as they simply monitor your blood flow in your wrist and use clever algorithms to figure out things like effective heart rate, blood oxygen levels, etc. I wouldn't wear a chest HR monitor, however, without first asking your doctor -- it too is purely external and "just sits there" but the electronics in the sensor would be much closer to your pacemaker -- definitely a question for your cardiologist if you go this route! (I prefer the chest HR monitor for my workouts because it is a far more accurate device for strenuous workouts). The wrist HR devices (so far) work best for "steady motion" such as walking, jogging -- erratic motion (lifting weights, aggressive aerobics, etc. seem to cause a lot of misreadings).

Flashing Red light, even though it is on the charging cradle?
Just after a few weeks of operation, my Bose Soundlink Mini Bluetooth's power led started flashing red, even though it was on the charging cradle. I didn't think much of it, since I thought it was not seated correctly on the charging cradle, so I lifted it off the charging cradle, and re-seated it back on the cradle again. The same thing happened after another week of usage. I repeated the steps I did during the first instance, and called Bose Technical Support yesterday. They claim there is nothing wrong with the unit, and that the power led would first turn yellow before flashing red. I admit, I have not been staring at the unit all the while I use it, but I have never seen it display yellow. Bose Tech Support claims there is nothing wrong with it, but in my opinion having the same thing occur twice in a span of one month indicates that all is not right. Any advice in this regard would be helpful!
Assuming it currently works, try this: connect it to your usual source and let it play until it completely runs out of power and shuts itself off. Then put on the charging cradle, making sure everything is connected cleanly (including the little power adapter plug that goes into the side of the charging cradle). Let it charge fully (overnight, ideally). Then see how it is working. I have battery operated power tools that sometimes go through this (frustrating) loop. Sometimes this is all that is needed. These lithium ion batteries occasionally need to go through 'full' recharge cycles to keep them fresh.

Absolutely! Bluetooth is not like cellular. The connection is local and direct between the speaker and your smartphone/tablet/laptop.
Just remember to bring the proper converter so you can charge it.

Why are the Aux, Mute and Bluetooth Lights blinking white when connected to AC and not charging?
The device was working fine, then stopped. I've charged it 12 hours, still won't turn on. Tried the Mute reset option, get the 3 blinking indicators and then nothing. The only response I get is when I plug it into AC power, the 3 lights go on and then turn off, and I hear static. What is going on!? Firmware update also tried, device isn't detected (aux button does nothing when pressed)
Sounds like a bad unit. Call Bose--their customer support is usually excellent. You must still be under warranty too so a replacement unit shouldn't be a problem. Mine , so far, had worked flawlessly. (And for a little speaker it sounds GREAT)

Is this compatible with the garmin forerunner 15?
i don't know what features your forerunner has but I am assuming as part of Garmin's runner's series it does couple via ANT/Bluetooth to their own HR monitors. I demoed several of Garmin's current models before settling on the Fenix3. All of the units connected quickly and without any problem. Each model does 'pair' slightly differently however so make sure you read the forerunner instruction guide (easily downloaded from Garmin's website).

What is a "replacement device" mean when I buy this, and why is it $700?
Ouch! You must still be "in contract" on your current device and not eligible for a discounted upgrade? If so you should check with Verizon to see if you can take advantage of their new "pay in installments" plan. Otherwise no way would I pay full retail -- instead check out Gazelle's new "certified used" offerings, CraigsList, etc. -- or wait till you can upgrade at a full discount!

Battery life....
How long does the initial charge last? Do open apps, gps, locators all determine a person's own personal battery status?
My iPhone 6 128GB seems to last all day long without need for charger. You definitely need to pay attention to how many things your device is doing, however. If you have turned on wifi, bluetooth, GPS, etc., or you like to stream YouTube videos all day, you will use up your battery much faster. If you are in a remote area, your phone will actively search for a signal and that uses more juice than when you are in a strong signal area. Wifi can also be a battery suck -- esp if it is a poor connection. And lastly, the 4G bands are known for the way they can cause devices to use up power. This is why all the new devices let you "switch off" 4G and restrict to 3G or lower if you don't need the higher speeds. Playing music, interestingly, barely seems to touch the battery at all -- I listen to music quite a lot and have always been pleasantly surprised to look hours later to see that the battery meter has barely moved. If you travel -- you really should invest in one of those "booster" batteries that you can plug your iPhone (and iPad) into to charge while away from your office or hotel. But I can almost always get most, if not all, of a full day without worrying too much -- just remember to shut off stuff you aren't using at all (like shutting off lights in rooms you're not in....)
