Constant Audio drop outs

If you are buying this for a surround sound set up just know that this does not support DTS audio. Only DD5.1 and also note that I have tried this setup on both the Samsung JS9500 and the LG EF9500 witch both have intermittent audio dropouts when watching live tv and streaming as well this is caused by the fact that Sonos only uses an optical cable with this product and most tvs do not support DD5.1 through the optical cable... But if you are satisfied with stereo2.0 you will be ok with this product...

I purchased two of these to pair with an HWJ-7500 soundbar to get a true surround sound experience and they would not work at all for the life of them , I spent hours on hold and hours trying to get them to work with the worst technical support I have ever delt with in my life...
