My Faux 110" LED TV

We bought this screen for our great room and combined it with a high lumen projector to overcome the ambient room lighting for when we have parties and can't turn the lights down. Before we got the screen installed, the image on the wall was already pretty outstanding to the point that my husband was questioning the need to install the screen. However, I convinced him to put it up, and the impact was obvious. The gray screen helped to enhance the image so much that everyone thinks we have a 110" LED TV on the wall.
I absolutely love the look of the border too. It looks much better than if we had gone with a screen that you raise and lower.
Please note that the assembly of the screen is like putting a skin on a drum, and it definitely requires 2 sets of strong hands and strict adherence to the instructions. There is a reason for the order and location of the clip placement. (There are marks on the frame to help with the proper placement of the clips.)

Awesome Projector for Family Room BUT...

We bought this projector for our great room based on its price and its lumen output. We wanted a projector that could overcome the ambient room lighting if we were hosting a party that required the lights to be on, but we didn't want to pay $1000 either. This projector is AWESOME for that purpose. The colors are so rich and deep that everyone thinks our 110" projector screen is actually an LED TV.
One thing to be careful of with this particular projector is that there are 3 different versions of it, kind of like a car with standard and luxury options. This projector DOES NOT have horizontal offset adjustment capabilities. So if you are doing a fixed projector installation (ceiling mount), you have to install the projector BEFORE you install the screen, since the screen has to be moved side to side until it lines up with the image.
