HP printer that I purchased in 03-2015 just stopped working one day 10-2016. I took it to Geek Squad HP & explained what the problem was. They took it in back, looked at it & told me it wasn't repairable. Luckily I had the 2-year replacement! No questions asked ~ right away refunded the full cost of the printer (less sales tax). Used that for a new printer & got the 2-year replacement again. It took less than a half hour ~ how's that for great service?

I did find that actually looking at & reading the instructions was helpful. Fastest wireless connection I've ever done. Great printer for the price. I like having only 2 ink cartridges & they're easy to install with no messy fingers. Setting it to print in draft is usually enough to get clear black & bright colors. Also like the easy way to print back-to-back. Scanning is also very easy. It's just plain a very good printer.

Like to only have 2 cartridges to buy

I was surprised when my new printer HP Officejeet 5740 only used 2 cartridges but now that I've gotten used to that it's really much better than having to deal with 5 different cartridges. The plus in buying this pack is that it contains photo paper. It didn't seem to me that these caratridges were lasting very long so I've started buying the XL version so I don't have to replace so often.

Easy to set-up & use!

This printer is probably the easiest printer to set-up wireless that I've ever had. Easy to use also. Size is good too ~ it's an all-in-one that doesn't take up a lot of room on a small deak. Printing is fast even when printing back-to-back. It took me awhile to get used to only having 2 ink cartridges but these are very easy to install. I did find out the hard way that I had to buy the XL cartridges cuz the "normal" size didn't seem to last me very long.

How do I order online a 564 black cartridge for my 6520 photosmart printer?
I need complete set of inkjet cartridges for my HP photosmart 6520 printer. I don't know which one to order. The black doesn't seem to be included in the combo pack. I think the number is 564. Please help.
I found that ordering the black & each of the colors separately worked better for me because the colors don't all run out at the same time. Also, I always buy the XL ones because they last way longer & the price isn't too much more than the regular size.
