Having seen this film 5x in the theaters, I could not wait for the DVD. The bonus disc is filled with some gems and some behind the scenes tidbits. The movie itself...I'm tired of everyone under the sun comparing it to the other ones, over analyzing each character and so on. This movie is outstanding. View it for what it is. A movie taking place 30 years after ROTJ. I could go on about this movie, but it's a must have it you are a fan of SW.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this album turned out. Sure, Pirner is still at the helm, but I was unsure of how the new members would sound on new music. While the new guitarist is no Dan Murphy, he shines on many songs. The rhythm section delivers with the sound we all expect from SA. 'Supersonic' is a great first single, but there are some other great songs on there I like, including 'Moonshine.' Pick this one up without hesitation and give it a few spins. You'll be glad you added it to your SA collection!

One of the best rock releases lately

This album flat out rocks! George Lynch has a zillion Dokken/Lynch Mob type riffs left in him, and it shows on this album. However, it is not all about George. Ray Luzier definitely holds his own, and dUg Pinnick of King's X? What else is there to say?! dUg's vocals really fit this band, and his basslines are impressive as usual. Rumor has it that album number 2 is being worked on in the fall of 2015, and then a tour next year....that came straight from Mr. Scary himself. We'll see! In the meantime, pick this one up and let it rock!

If you love the Madagascar series, then chances are you will enjoy this short film, too. That is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5...it is only 22 minutes long. However, for the price, we have easily got our money's worth based on the number of times it has been viewed in our house!

Yes, it's live and yes, this is how Dave sounds in the live setting now. That does not bug me. The band sounds tight for the most part. I could do without some of Eddie's extra noodling in many of the songs, but that's probably just my disgust with him not wanting Mikey in the band getting in the way. This live album proves that in 07/08, they used Mikey's background vocals in the live setting. Here? You can tell it's Ed and Wolf trying to sing background. Key word is trying. I'll rate it average, but honestly, I prefer some of the bootleg shows I have from either '81 or '83.
