Best Cd in my Collection

This cd is hands down my favorite cd in my collection. I still remember when I first purchased this cd year ago in 2008. Still to this day, this cd can just grab at me. She calmed down the sound, and stripped away a lot of the electro sounds that made her famous, but in it's place was a more wonderful tone and deep and personal lyrics. I have purchased this cd 10+ times now. It is my go to gift for those who have lost loved ones, or are going through hard times. The cd, from start to finish, just take you on a journey and it's so beautiful. Get the Deluxe version because For One Day is hands down one of the greatest songs.

An Amazing Return for Dido

This Cd is an AMAZING come back from a great like Dido. I have been waiting for this cd for years now, and it was SO worth the wait. Her last cd, Safe Trip Home, is still an all time favorite, but on this she brings back that electro sound that I fell in love with years ago when she was with her brothers band Faithless. This cd even brings out a lot of Faithless like sounds. However, she's still maturing in her lyrics which continue to delve darker and deal with many issues like lack of self esteem and love and anger. It's an amazing piece. My recommendation, however, is don't waste time with the regular version. Some of the best and catchiest songs exist on the Deluxe Version Cd. Seriously, though, an amazing buy.
