Great installation by Geek Squad

I purchased a 65 in tv and included delivery and installation from Geek Squad. Geek squad showed up right on time. They called me about 30 min before my appt to say they were on the way. The guys got the in wall power kit installed along with tv mount in little to no time. 1hr tops. Very clean install and minimum wires showing. We spent more time talking about how high/low I should mount the tv. Great work guys! Well worth the extra cost b/c it would have taken me a few hours at least.

I really wanted to enjoy this TV

I spent a bit of time reading reviews before deciding to purchase this 65in Samsung MU9000 4k television. I'm now not sure if I have made the right choice.
I wanted to avoid having any mishaps with purchase and installation, so I even sprang to have BestBuy Geek Squad come out and Install/Mount it for me. I would be taking a day off of work for delivery/install, so wanted to get it all right the first time. Geek Squad was great btw. However I cannot say the same about this television. I have two other Samsung tv's in my home along with Samsung cell phones, so figured why not Samsung has not let me down before.
I made my purchase online at bestbuy.com. Selected the delivery date with installation and mount options. I also went in and spoke with someone from Geek Squad b/c I wanted to make sure I had everything in advance. I then purchased the in wall power extension at that time. The Wall Mount was previously purchased. So I was ready had everything I needed and delivery set.
Geek squad showed up right on time. They did a fantastic job with installation and clean up. Turned on the tv and there it was a horizontal line going across the screen. The installer noticed it as well and called the store which he picked it up from and they had another in stock. He removed the tv from the mount and packed it up and headed to the store to pick up a replacement tv. An hour and half later he's back. Got it installed and working great for the first night. The next day I get home from work and do my eyes deceive me there it is now this time a vertical and horizontal line across the screen. Since I purchased this online I called Best Buy/Geek Squad. Now they have to schedule a day for a tech to come out and troubleshoot/view the tv. Managed to get a tech out on a day I was home. He spent all of 5 min in my home and said yep this is a bad display once again. He just needed to make sure it wasn't any physical damage where something had hit the screen. I then had to call Best Buy back and report that it was indeed a bad display and a tech looked at it and I would need another replacement. I now have another delivery schedule for tomorrow 9/6/17..yet another day missed from work.
I've seen two of these 65in MU9000 tv's with bad displays within 3 days time. I do not feel that I can recommend this tv to anyone until proven otherwise. I have lost the confidence that I previously had with Samsung. I feel as though Samsung or Bestbuy should offer an extended Warranty seeing as though I have now been sold two bad televisions. The installer himself told me sure it happens and that he would see this on occasion with all the brands, but I have now seen it twice with same make/model within a 3 day time span. I'm worried this television won't last me for years to come as my previous one of 13yrs had. Highly disappointed Pics included
