had to replace an older GE Profile microwave that fit in a tight space... this new microwave isn't quite as wide as the old one which allows better airflow around the unit. It is more powerful, and takes a little getting used to for operation, but it works great and still looks like the older ones. Runs fairly quiet too... an improvement on an already good microwave oven.

Purchased this to replace one that had issues actually opening up the prongs to plug into outlets. Checked this version out only to find the same issue. Not all of the prongs would extend to be used. Opened a second box (in store at counter) and found one that worked correctly. Used without any problems in England, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and France. Great for travel, easy to carry in day packs while exploring the world. a must have for any world traveler.

Out of the box, the first thing you notice is how thin the TV is. Once set up and running, it's very easy to get to the fine tuning of the picture and sound. Most common apps are pre-installed except for a web browser, but a link for Opera is there and easily installed. Content shot in UHD is amazingly clear, the colors are rich and pretty natural, and depth of field is as good as it gets. Sound is okay in a smaller room, and the simulated surround is noticeable, but for a big room, it will sound better with a soundbar and sub-woofer, or a sound system. People have even said the stand looks really good when looking at "the new TV". Haven't paired a wireless keyboard or PS4 controller yet, but will soon. The Sony 800d TV is beautiful, and will no doubt continue to be state of the art with the 4K processing and Triluminos technologies for years to come. Love this Sony!

what is the difference between this and the 700D model that is $100 less
1. Triluminos display, a term coined by Sony. It is basically a technology which enhances the color saturation.
2. HDR processing built in, but is available to download as a firmware update for the 700.
3. The remote has a "voice search" function, which could be purchased from Sony for the 700, but then you'd have two remotes for the Sony...

Is this TV supposed to stream Netflix in 4k? I was trying several of Netflix's 4K content yet all of them would only show 1080 when I check with the display button.
The display button does not function when streaming content is playing. Any TV/monitor will only display up to what the original content is shot in. If the Netflix content is shot in UHD format, it should display back in UHD. I know Amazon content shot in UHD (The Grand Tour) streams in UHD and looks great! When playing the Netflix program in question, pause it and see if there's an indication of UHD in the title, which for Amazon, is on the lower left corner of the screen.

How do 1080p and below video games look on it? i'm worried about non-4k ps4 games and my 360/ps3 games looking extra blurry.
