I needed at least 4gbs for work purposes. I prefer an SSD but they are still a little pricey. Having a few low gb SSDs makes me realize how much larger and heavier this 4gb drive really is. That said for the price I really am satisfied with the drive. If you are new to external hard drives make sure you check out the solid state drives before buying a non SSD.

The first two I bought were damaged in the same exact spots. Best Buy was fantastic about taking the damaged tow back. Best Buy also agreed to open a 3rd to ensure it was not damaged. 3rd times a charm. I like the fridge and it was the best price I could find on a 2.6 model. I would have given it 5 starts if I didn't have two return two damaged ones. The loss of one star has nothing to do with the quality of the fridge.

Is it good for gaming?
Like Minecraft and Planetside 2?
The processor is slower than most newer laptops. I would recommend an Intel I3 or better for gaming. An Intel I3 is the minium I would use for games. If you can get an Intel i5 processor thats even better. I7 is the newest and fastest out there right now. The quicker the processor the better the game will function.
