Complete system failure one month after install

One month after install and complete failure of Product. No picture and no sound. I have to wait 5 days for Geek squad to come to my home to tell me the TV is fried. I hope I don't have to wait for a new one.Samsung Q7 is a very expensive piece of equipment , I hope they can get this right.
