What kind of material is the antenna made of? I live in a highly corrosive sea salt environment with the ocean less than 100 feet away. Standard metal/steel (even when protected) rusts away to nothing in a very short time. Aluminum does much better.

I have dish network hd right now for 4 rooms. If I connect this antenna outside where the dish is now and hook up using their coax cable I should be good to go right? Or would I be better off just putting in attic and running coax to hd tv instead.
