Not great, but decent overall

When first installing, they print great; however, after 20 or 30 pages, they begin to run low. And by pages, I mean almost entirely text-only documents, not showy pages with a lot of pictures and detail. Of course, this is pretty much the same problem I've had with every type of printer/cartridges I've ever used, so my issue is not restricted to this one.

Can I print photos from my Samsung S4 phone wirelessly to the printer
This printer does support wireless printing from phones; although I can't say for certain about your particular model, I can print wirelessly from my iPhone 4S.

Will this printer print from a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.
I don't have a desk top computer and only have the tablet. Can I wirelessly print from the tablet without having the printer connected to anything?
So far, every HP wireless printer I've owned has included HP Print, which means you will have an email address dedicated to the printer. Anything you email automatically prints. As far as non-email printing, I do not have a tablet, so I can't speak directly to that, but I do use it to print from both my laptop and my iPhone.

Can you change the margins?
Yes; aside from the standard ability to change margins from within the program you're using, such as Word, there are also option settings for borderless printing and others from within the printer software.

this printer has what language?
27 different languages, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, and Danish, among others, as well as 7 languages using characters that I cannot read. :)
