A Nighwing story is always welcome. Not bad, not great, certainly no Redhood. Not big on the new 52 and this animation style, but the story written well.

This special collection of Marvel's Iron Man franchise brings together all three films for the first time. The action-packed take on the tale of wealthy philanthropist Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr), who develops an invulnerable robotic suit to fight the throes of evil, is traced through the three Iron Man films, and this set contains tons of extras and behind the scenes features for fans of the wildly popular series.
Strange Brew makes a worthwhile debut on DVD that is likely to please this film's cult following. Fans used to this cult favorite from its drab-looking original VHS release will be pleasantly surprised by the transfer, which serves up the film with a nice, clean letterboxed image that is surprisingly colorful and sharp. This disc further benefits from a nice Dolby Surround stereo mix: Strange Brew's use of sound does not put this format to the test but it's a nice surprise and delivers a solid, distortion-free soundtrack. Although this disc is not a special edition, Strange Brew throws in a couple of interesting extras in addition to the usual theatrical trailer. First up is a short cartoon entitled The Animated Adventures Of Bob And Doug MacKenzie: it is essentially an extended promo for a forthcoming cartoon series but is amusing enough to please the film's fans. Even better is "How To Stuff A Mouse In A Beer Bottle," a fun sketch from SCTV that was the genesis of a gag later used in Strange Brew. There is also an easily found 'easter egg' that leads to a text dictionary of Canadian slang terms. All in all, Warner Brother's DVD of Strange Brew is well worth the price for the film's fans and good fun for comedy fans.
The animation used in late on these is not good. The voice work is god awful. I'm not sure where they're going with this. Flashpoint is far superior to this film. All around the voices seem wrong. The characterizations fall short. I'm not a fan of the NEW 52. Replacing Aquaman with Shazam is uncalled for. Too much time spent on a new origin story for Cyborg. Cyborg is a lame character and an ill fated attempt to give DC an African American character. Worse in this whole fiasco is a Green Lantern who acts more like Flash from the Justic League / JL Unlimited series. But by far the worse performance, voice acting, look ,and characterization is Wonder Woman. The actress's voice doesn't cut it. The sleek look of her outfit is lame and boring. I have never care much for Darkseid in general, but this version of Stan Kirby's characters is horribly drawn. It's almost as if they're admitting inferiority to Marvels' Avengers. For me DC has the best characters who've had the worse film adaptations while Marvel has had great films for their inferior characters. It's merely my opinion.
I like seeing DC explore characters other than BATMAN, but it seems that when they do they're often uninspired. Green Arrow, Flash, Nightwing, Joker, Robin , or Aquaman would all have been better choices. A more attractive Wonder Woman, as in the first film they did of her is a better choice than this version. I'm sorry to report that I'm not happy with this film. I found it uninspired, and in many hard to watch in general.
