I have always been a fan, Basil and Nigel were a wonderful duo but Benedict and Martin are equal to the task. I love that they are based on the novels and that the humor, humanity and extraordinary intellect is all brought out in the performances by the exceptional cast and excellent writers, producers and crew. When Tom Cruise took on the challenge of bringing Jack Reacher to the screen I was surprised. But the first film was very well done. This second effort is equal to the task and it takes the time to explore the heart of the man who looks at life in terms of right and wrong and invokes his idea of justice on those he finds in the wrong regardless the cost. The cast is excellent, Edward Zwick has crafted a wonderful script and the production is well done in all areas. I highly recommend this second foray into the world of Jack Reacher and I hope there is another.

This is a wonderful series that like another series through the USA network weaves a constant thread through the seasons (at least the 1 and 2).The series has a wonderful cast and production team There is humor, loss and sacrifice in the course of the series as well as suspense and danger . The collection has excellent extras and has been a joy to watch. Like my other USA favorite Burn Notice, this is one that can be watched over and over and still find yourself wrapped up in the tale just like an old favorite sweater.

I am a huge Charles Bronson fan and love the original Mechanic directed by Michael Winner, but this remake is superior in several ways. Ben Foster as the protégé, Donald Sutherland as the mentor and father and Jason Statham as the Mechanic. Now they did change the ending and that was a bit of a cheat but overall a superior film to the original in almost all aspects.

Remember this phrase, suspension of disbelief, it is important. I am a fan of Jason Statham and he and Jessica Alba have some chemistry. It's hard to not like a film that has Tommy Lee Jones as a supporting player in the role of a possibly crazy arms dealer. Great action, scenery (Jessica Alba) and it was just fun. This is a popcorn movie and plays to that.

Excellent script, direction and acting bring to life the story of two desperate brothers trying to save the family homestead from a corrupt corporation and leaving a nest egg for the future generations. Jeff Bridges, Chris Pine and Ben Foster bring their characters to life. the script is taut and well paced. The direction crisp and on point. A great movie!

I have seen a horde of Mummy movies over the years, Hammer with Christopher Lee, the reboots with Arnold Vosloo and CGI effects to the new Tom Cruise film coming in 2017. To me you can't beat this Karloff classic. jack Pierce's make-up effect as the Mummy and it's living almost human form are a blast in the glorious Black & White images. Must see for all Universal classic horror fans or fans of classic film in general.
