It's easy to go cheap on batteries, but you get that for which you pay. I go with Energizer because they're a reputable brand that I don't have to worry about their batteries giving out too soon. That has been my experience with this set thus far.

Great product but problems with delivery/condition

This digital photo frame is great! I like the color, and the size is bigger than expected. I am happy with the resolution and picture clarity. I originally loaded pictures on an SD card, but the frame wouldn't read it... I'm still not sure why. I ended up transferring them to a thumb drive, and the frame reads the pictures on it.
I had this item shipped to my local Best Buy store, and I received a couple messages about its delay. It was a gift for someone so its untimely arrival definitely put a damper on things. The frame also had a couple "dings" in it when I received it. Not wanting to deal with sending it back and ordering a new one, we used a furniture stick on the frame. Not ideal, but we really wanted to get to using it.
