Complete my surround sound nicely

I bought these to complete my surround sound experience. They've been great! It was easy to connect them into the TV room setup. I like that they are easy to control with my apps (both phone and Windows, sound great, and are small. After looking at several different options I decided on the wireless approach and the Sonos easily took the cake. Even as stand alone speakers this sounds wonderful.

This cable is much thicker than it's competitors and even looks more well made. I replaced the cable that came with the Sonos playbar. I figure if I want great audio I'd have to spend for it. My hearing is kind of shot, so I really want to make sure I have the best. So far I haven't been disappointed. No kinks, great audio transfer, and a solid design.

The best protection I found

I wanted to make sure my LG 65EG9600 was well protected. Not to mention my top of the line Sony blu-ray player and my PS4. Plus whatever else was going to be near there. This is great. I know everything is protected! Not only can I see the input and output on the front of the unit, there are several banks in the back to help separate everything out. TV on one bank, blu-ray player on the other, Sonos playbar and sub on the third, and PS4 on the last. If you have a lot of high end products I would recommend this to you. It was recommended to me by an audiophile who is going to school for audio. So his recommendation went a long way.

Yes it's over kill, but at least I know my products will be properly protected. I especially like design as it makes plugging everything into it easier than the closely spaced power extenders or cheap surge protectors.

Enjoying every movie

I bought this to go along with my LG 65G9600. Let's just say this was a great choice. It's able to play the blu-ray movies I have in 3D and also upscale them to near 4K quality. My viewing experience has benefited from this. I haven't needed to use the apps since my TV can do that. The only one they both lack is Cinemanow. I have a bunch of movies on there that I want to see but can't outside of my laptop.
Most people will be good with Sony's other 4K upscaling blu-ray player, I just wanted the best. Is this right for most? No. But those that want the best and superior quality will enjoy this player.

Needs to support more phones

This is a great lock and works wonders with my Samsung Note 4 Edge. However, it doesn't work at all with my girlfriends LG G3. In fact she was locked out of the house the first day because I was at work and her phone wouldn't install the app. If this product worked on more phones it would be a 5 star.
The nice thing about this product is that it was easy to install and took maybe 30 minutes to do that and pair up my phone. From the outside the only way you can tell it's a smart lock is by the blue light circle. But no one has mentioned anything when they come over. The inside of the door isn't a bad design either. It's kind of tall, but not overly so. It adds to the door, it doesn't detract.
I'm not sure on the battery life yet, but it's been just over a month and it's going strong. The only downside so far (on my phone) is the app ALWAYS is showing in my notification bar. Even when it's turned off. I haven't figured out how to get rid of it.

My girlfriend wanted a smart thermostat for her birthday. So one day while she was gone I installed it for her as a surprise. The initial installation was kind of length because I had to add a specialty piece to the furnace (which did come with the ecobee3). Once it was up and running the rest of the installation went smoothly and it's been smooth ever since.
I like that there is a feature on there which keeps track of when we need to change the filter. That helps us know so we don't lose track of when we last replaced it. Also, accessing it from our phones has helped us turn the furnace off while we work outside and open the doors, but leave the screen doors open. That way we aren't going back inside when we remember to kick it off. And the separate sensor is great. It kicks on when we wake up in the morning if we wake up before the scheduled time. So many benefits. The only negative is it doesn't work with the Harmony remote, yet. But I'm not sure that's even a negative.

Good, but not great

This was supposed to be a great purchase, but it's a little disappointing. It's easy to set up and control your devices, but I guess I was expecting to do more. It's able to turn on what I want it to, and easily switch between devices. The downside is the controls are limited for some things. I haven't been able to figure out how to control only the HUE lights I want (right now it turns all of them on or off around the house and I can't even change their colors), which really is annoying me. Not only that but it doesn't work with the PS4. Granted that is more Sony's fault, but I'm still annoyed by it.
I've actually gone back to my TV's remove half the time because it has a cursor on the screen and makes typing out usernames and passwords easier, along with a bit easier functionality. My girlfriend loves the remote though and always uses it. I'm at a toss up between recommending this and not. The concept is great, but the practicality no so much. If your TV remote sucks, or you have 3 or 4 remotes you use when watching your TV I'd say go with this as the touch screen is nice. Otherwise if your TV remote can do a lot and meets your needs, don't buy this.

I got this to help mount my playbar under the new TV. It was super easy to install taking all of maybe 5 or so minutes. The playbar mounts to it easily and it stays firmly in place. I'd recommend this over another mount if you want to hang your soundbar.
