I didnt know when I ordered this scale that it will not work properly if you have any body implant. My husband has an artificial knee and the instructions read that it will malfunction due to this. Sure enough, the body fat / muscle read out never worked and soon the weight results were wrong. Also it's annoying that you have to bend all the way down to press with your finger a small "on" button on the face of the scale. My old basic scale you just tapped on the side with your toe. Oh well.

I made the mistake of assuming that all Phillips Sonicares had the same awesome brush movement. This was such a let down as the one I had prior was an original from their first models (about 6 years or so ago.) The brush action on this low end model is just one step above using a manual toothbrush. I therefore ended up putting it on a shelf after just a month of use and bought one of the Diamond series. With the Diamond I got the Sonicare brush action I expected (for about 3.5 times as much $.). :-p
