Good for holding small photo gear

For heavy gear you want something much more substantial. My intended use was mounting a remote speedlight flash unit in odd places where it can be unobtrusive or where using a full sized light stand would untenable. For this it works fine. It is not meant for use with large and heavy cameras or photo gear.

I bought this card when I found it on sale because of its high speed for reading and writing data, and I was not disappointed. I have a similar card that has a capacity of 64 GB and find that although it is rated for a similar speed, in reality it takes much longer to save photo data. Read speed and write speed are two different rates, and I am happy with the write speed of this card which affects the way I TAKE photos and is more important to me than the read speed which affects the time it takes to DOWNLOAD photos to my computer

I was looking for a deal and got this for 50% off which brought it into the range I was willing to spend. I especially like the opening on the side that let's you pull the camera out without opening the whole bag. Velcro makes all the dividers adjustable, and the padding does a good job of protecting the contents. The compartment at the top of the pack is big enough to hold a large lens, like a 70-200mm or one of similar size, or other items that you may want to reach easily without unzipping the whole thing.
If you want to go deeper in the bag you will probably want to lay it down so you have easy access without any danger of spilling or dropping any of the contents. But that side compartment designed for access to a camera with a lens already attached is the main reason I chose this bag, and it is the biggest reason I like it. For my usage, I feel like it is a well-designed item.
