If you are a plasma fan, this is a great set. I was concerned about the sound quality after reading reviews, but am very pleased with the sound from this tv. The sound is perfect for watching TV and synchs perfectly with my surround sound for movies. Picture quality is amazing. I have the tv in a bright room with no issues from glare associated with plasma. No one knows how long plasma will be available, don't wait and miss one of these TVs.
