I highly recommend buying the warranty as I have used it multiple times and never had to pay out of pocket and I even get my 2 year warranty back to start over every time I have to replace my blue tooth as they prorate the time you have had the warranty. These headset need a warranty as they start to loose battery life after a year or so and if anything should every go wrong with it you get a free replacement!

This Bluetooth is great. Long 7 hour battery and you can answer or ignore calls just with your voice. Great for when I'm working and my hands are occupied. Headset is comfortable and doesn't irritate your ear like ones that go into your ear. I prefer this type wth foam on ear piece to help prevent possible ear infection and irritation and does not block sound when having a person to person conversation which is very IMPORTANT to me as I can't hear in my left hear so this I can wear all the time and still hear everything clearly around me. Only thing is that you have to make sure charger is connected properly and keep metal pieces away from the charging port as it is magnetic and that's how it holds the charger so I just always make sure I see the charging light flashing after connecting it. I believe newer model now uses a usb connector but I'm still very happy with this and especially the price you can get it for these days. I do recommend the warranty as I replace mine every 1 1/2 to 2 years as battery can become weak over time or for any other reason and through besdtbuy I have never had to pay out of pocket especially do to the price going down and they cover the original price you paid and also match Amazon's pricing when sold by amazon!
