I purchased this for the full retail value, only to find out that it was the trial edition. I contacted the company and informed them of this error, only hoping to have them provide me with a full version. Instead, all I got was "we've never heard of this issue" and "I'm researching how to resolve this". After 3-4 attempts, I just gave up...
