I called Geek Squad to get a remote start installed, no one was there so I left a message to call me back with my number, name & what I wanted. Two days later I called again, Geek Squad was done for the day but a Best Buy associate answered the phone took down my information and said they would call me the next day. Three days later I called them again to finially get ahold of Geek Squad to schedule.
They were booked out for a month. Not one single hour was free for what I needed within the month... On top of that the Geek Squad person on the phone was a snob.
For as much as I paid, I wasn't impressed.
What's great about it: Connivence of buying kit and installation at one place.
What's not so great: Scheduling was a hassle plus long wait and person on phone was snobby
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
