PS+ is the best thing that Sony has done in the last 10 years. Free games (new games rotate in and out every month), early beta access, and great discounts! AND a single PS+ subscription will be good for PS3, PS Vita and PS4! What's not to love?

How long are the cables that plug into the sub-woofer? Does Best Buy match or beat prices by other retailers?
Check Best Buy's price match policy. They'll match most online and B&M retailers. The cables that connect the rear speakers to the subwoofer are at least 6 ft long. I think they're actually 8 ft., but not 100% sure. I bought a roll of velcro cable ties, and I had to use a few on the rear speaker cables.

How loud is the subwoofer at its max ?
Super Loud. I haven't turned it all the way up to Max, and I don't have any instruments to to measure the decibels. But on the default setting (50%) the bass output is considerably heavy. I've set my subwoofer down to the lowest level possible for my day-to-day viewing. When I stream music through the system I turn the bass up a little, but not even back up to the default level. Trust me, this subwoofer puts out serious bass.
