This was a gift & I haven't used it myself. I have the older model & it is nice but has terrible battery life. That was one of the improvements on this model so it should be all good my mother likes it.

These headphones have great sound & the Bluetooth is nice. They are big & heavy & are always moving on my head while I'm exercising though. Not very comfortable & begin to hurt my ears after about 30 min. I expected better for the price. I debated returning them, but decided to keep them since there are so few options out there in quality wireless headphones right now.

I could not set this camera up with my smart tv by following the directions that came with it & called Geek Squad. I ended up speaking with a girl that knew absolutely nothing about the camera & didn't seem to care. Apparently the problem that I was having wasn't listed on the paper that she had been told to read from so she wasn't able to help me. She did give me the number for Logitech support which was very helpful & talked me through the setup in a few minutes. The setup was nothing like what the instructions said though, so some people may be required to call Logitech in order to set up the product if they have certain Televisions. I'm still amazed at how worthless Geeksquad was this time though. My prior experiences calling them had always been much better.

How Often Used:3-5 times a week
I looked for a while & these are the best sounding earphones I've found. They don't have a great deal of bass (like Bose) but offer great sound quality. I returned some wireless Beats (which sounded a little better) but were too big & heavy for gym use. These do the job nicely & I think the price is reasonable considering the sound quality & craftsmanship of the product. The fact that they look awesome is also nice. The cord length is also perfect for a taller person. My Bose were a little short in pants with deep pockets.
What's great about it: Cable is thicker than most & doesn't tangle easily.
What's not so great: The case is a weird shape & you have to almost smash them to get them inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!
