Okay TV...just ok.

After spending about $500, you would expect that a smart TV in 2015 will just work...this one dosent. Stream quality is weak, even when I'm near the router...and no there are not many other devices connected to my router. Just a couple of phones and laptops.

Netflix lags, and sometimes will not play. Very frustrating in 2015. Furthermore, the TV needs to warm up or "prepare" itself before you can even access the smart hub menu. Again, very frustrating. I understand this is not the highest end TV on the market, I was not expecting to be blown away,however, after remodeling my basement I just expected a standard quality name brand TV that just works.
The first best buy genius mentioned nothing about this TV's processor being of poor design,but when I went back to trade this TV in, I was told "it's a piece of garbage" by another bright young soul from best buy. I wasn't real happy about any of this again, after spending $500 I'm just looking for a new TV that simply works. This is not that tv.
Save up a few more bucks and buy a TV that works. Samsung is great and all but this is a low end no. Performance tv.
