Blue tint on entire screen

Was easy to setup and connect to Wifi / Ethernet cable.
However, just a few minutes into watching, the entire screen showed a blue tint. Every person on the screen had a blue face. All original colors showed differently with a blue filter. The screen orientation was also out of whack - the screen has shifted slightly to the right. The missing piece of right end screen (about 2 in wide) is now on the left end.
I have rebooted the Ultra and problem came back in about 2 minutes of viewing. The blue tint keeps coming back no matter what I try. I have tried rebooting the Ultra through the App, pulled the HDMI cable off, pulled the power cable off in many different sequences. The blue tint won't go away.
Google, do you have a fix?
