Was good until it stopped working 6 days after opening. Can't return due to being over the the date time. I had ordered a month before actual hot weather. And it was on sale so of course it's not available anymore. There was no actual reason for it breaking. The motor just stopped and would not go back on. Maybe it was the product or maybe I just got a dud. Either way, I no longer have a working fan!

I love this phone. Got a great price on it. Unfortunately the phone has an internal glitch. Tried contacting Virgin Mobile and LG to get it fixed. Never got it fixed correctly so phone does not function 100% properly. But if in fact this problem was not existing this phone would be great. Also my reasoning for 4star rating is due to the camera. I personally don't care for it.

I bought this item because it was on sale, looked nice and seemed like it would be ok as a first time user. Unfortunately I can't stand it!!! It's slower than molasses. Should never take 30mins load time to Google something. While it's big, it has horrible view/screen. It's always closing apps and forever updating. I can't return or exchange due to it being a gift and too much time has passed. Such a waste of time and money. I couldn't give this away due to lack of function! I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. Better luck with a children's tablet in all honesty. Just don't waste your money on this...
