LG Support is Terrible

I bought this watch to upgrade from my Asus Zentwatch 2. LG shipped it with unsupported firmware that couldn't be matched by my phone so I could never use it. when I called them it took 4 hours for them to tell me it was a carrier issues and then another hour for me to explain this was a wifi only device and my carrier for my phone had nothing to do with it. Got an Asus Zenwatch 3 instead because at least Asus listens and has a support team in place that understands what firmware is.
