Best Buy said we had to order the installation kit for the new dishwasher. If you are swapping out one dishwasher with another one all you need is a supply elbow which is a $4.00 part from a hardware store. You do not need the kit. We are able to return to Best Buy without any problems. Hopefully Best Buy will start selling the install parts individually so you only have to purchase the ones you actually need at a lower cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
