I was very unsatisfied with the HP Envy printer I had bought at BEST BUY. My previous HP had worked well enough but broke as soon as it went off warranty. For some reason my Envy was not connecting with my wifi at all. I had called HP numerous times as well as Geek Squad, with no solid connection. So, after a year of reconnecting everytime I printed, I "traded it in" for an HP Office Jet Pro (HP finally figured out what was wrong) and because I had the product replacement warranty I paid nothing. Boy, was I lucky, the Pro was on sale and I got another replacement agreement!! I received $11 back. The problem was in the connection with the high power wifi and the cable company. Love these geeks. Greatest agreement ever.
