Poor Design and Performance

This is the 4th Zagg Portfolio I have purchased. This particular one, along with the one before this, did not function as designed. I purchased the 1st one on line and this second one at Best Buy. The design of the keyboard is not a very good one. If you are a heavy user and open it and close it a lot, odds are in your favor that you are going to break the plastic that hinges it together relatively quickly. Also the #1 key and the shift kid, got stuck on both the 1st and 2nd keypads....but the real kicker is that I have to keep turning Bluetooth off and on, almost every time I use the keyboard, which is daily!!! The other 2 portfolio's I purchased and used from ZAGG, did not give me any of these problems. I would not recommend this particular model to anyone.
