Sometimes when I insert the flash drive my computer does not find it. It doesn't even show up as a device. I have to unplug then insert. I know it's not my computer because it reads other flash drives and my external hard drive just fine. A minor inconvenience.

I did a lot of research before purchasing a printer, and this printer met every need on my list. If you have basic tech knowledge the set up should be a breeze, and printing from an iphone and iPad is simple.
My wife who is not very tech savvy is able to easily use this printer and uses the double sided printing/copier often.
If you want photo quality prints this printer may not be for you. If your copying and printing lots documents with graphs this printer is exactly what you need. I gave this printer 5 stars because it met all of MY needs.

Great speakers great company

These speakers are not cheap, but you do get what you pay for! I listened to a lot of different front speakers, and chose these after many test. I currently have it paired with a cs8040hd and tsi100 for surround. I've been slowly building my system over time and it is almost complete. I just need to replace the tsi100s.
I was fortunate enough to find these open item priced, so I got them at a great deal. Unfortunately one of the towers was missing the bottom pegs. I called definitive and thy were very professional and sent replacement part for it immediately.

For any beginners, know that building a surround system is very expensive and I have been putting mine together for the last two years. It is definitely worth it though especially if you are a movie lover!!!
