The Nest Protect is an excellent product. I already had the Nest Thermostat and one of the Nest Cams. The Nest Protect is very easy to install and also very easy to get up and running.
The integration with other Nest products and the Nest App on my Galaxy S7 works really well. The Nest Protect showed up right away after pairing it with my wireless network.
I like that it is 2 products in one - a smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide detector. My standalone CO detector reached the end of its service life two days after installing my Nest Protect - great timing on my end.
I would recommend this Nest product.

Purchased the Microsoft Tablet 3 for my wife to replace here aging, slow laptop. She likes the size of the tablet and the ease of use.
I would recommend going with the 4GB ram model over the 2GB ram model. The extra 2GB of ram makes a difference and it does not cost all that much more. Definitely worth the extra cost.
