I picked this one up to replace my original white one, which over time shows the normal dirt/grime. Great price ($25 less than other colors). Simply remove your original back cover, snap this one on and the integrated front cover simply folds over to protect the screen.
To view the time and notifications, while the cover is closed, simply tap the power button on the right side. When the cover is closed, it does NOT interrupt the ability to connect to Bluetooth devices (my in-car SYNC, external speakers at home or a Bluetooth headset).

What's great about it: Easy to install, still allows you to see time/reminders while closed
What's not so great: Depending on the color, the top cover will show dirt/grime
