The one thing iPhones sucks at, is the battery. It’s dead before the day ends.. So I had to carry the charger everywhere I go. All my friends uses Android phones. When I saw this product, I was so happy that I don’t have to take my charger everywhere, as this connector does the job just right!

Although this is a cool concept, but sadly it works only some of the time.. Not always.. It loses Bluetooth connection everytime.. And it doesn't pair.. The battery also dies in less than 3hrs standby and you are left with a big block in hand. I think the future generations of this product would be cool.. I'm eyeing on popslate 2.

The best just got better

I was using PLT Voayger Legend and was my favorite for a long time, until I had my hands over this product. After looking at this headset, I realized that PLT had taken user reviews seriously and fixed some of the issues of the old model.. Like adding a microUSB port, enhancing the wind noise cancellation. I would ask my callers to guess where I am, and they would say home, office, as the background is super quiet.. I would surprise them by saying I'm in Times Square with wind and traffic noise. It fits well, but I think for longer use, it may cause ear fatigue. The sensors work brilliantly! I love the feature where it reminds you that you are on mute, if you start speaking while on mute.

Yes it does.. It also depends on your phones Bluetooth profile. It works with my iPhone 6S and would work with most android phones..

Is it intended that the mic boom rest on your face? I can't get this to sit any other way. And when I walk the mic scratches against my face making an audible noise on the call.
The position of mic varies depending on the face structure. You can adjust the headset to keep it a bit away from your face so that it doesn't scratch and make the unwanted noise. Try different eartips with foam covers. I don't think Best Buy sells those accessories, but you can check plantronics website.. They have it there.

Does this headset stream music from a phone ?
Yes, it does.. I stream music from my phone's Spotify.. Mono headsets are not meant to stream music, but it does work.. It also works with Google maps guiding directions.

Yes it does, but it also depends on your phone's Bluetooth profile. It works with iphone6S pretty well.. And I believe it would work with most of the newer phones.

What is the difference between the Voyager 5200 and the Voyager 5220?
Both are the same headsets. Only difference is - 5200 comes with a wall charger and 5220 comes with a car charger.
