Solidly performing Flat Screen TV

When I bought this TV from Best Buy, They told me it would be delivered to my house. I was pleasantly surprised when two men not only delivered the TV but proceeded to set it up and test it! On reflection, it would have been impossible for me to do that job myself, given the size and bulk of the unit. My only disappointment is with the user manual. It's only available online (I printed it out), but it isn't "technical" enough.
