Very nice stove/range

We bought this unit about two months ago to match our other appliances when the original range went out. So far, we've really liked it. There are a few reasons I rated it only 4 stars:
1) The cooking top is beautiful when it's clean. However, spill one thing on it and don't clean it up, and you will end up spending 20 minutes scrubbing the top with a special cleaner. This includes water spots and small items. So far the top has been a pain to keep clean. I've read if you don't keep up on it that it may stain permanently. This may be a deal breaker if I had to buy another one.
2) There is a rubber/silicone seal around the cooking top that is difficult to keep clean as well.
3) The inside of the oven doesn't clean as easily as I thought it would being brand new. It takes some scrubbing as well when something spills.
4) The range was supposed to come with a free bottle of cook-top cleaner, but it didn't. I called the manufacturer and they quickly sent me one out free of charge.
I had to heat the over about 5 times when new to get all of the manufacturing chemicals/smells out f it before I could bake.
Overall, I really do like this oven/range. It's beautiful and it cooks very well.

I really like this microwave. It's beautiful to look at and has plenty of cooking power. I do have a few issues with it though that made me take a star way from the rating:
1) The vent fan is very weak. It barely draws any smoke from the cook top when cooking.
2) The over-range lights are not that bright. Also, why didn't they use LEDs?
3) The buttons for the fan and over-range light are a pain to use. You have to hold them down to get them to work, not just a quick button push. Once you're used to it though, it's not that bad.
4) The door is hard to open and close. It takes quite a bit of force and makes a lot of noise. This wouldn't keep me from buying it again though.

This microwave is a very nice unit (great power, looks nice, easy to use), however there are some drawbacks that caused me to dock a star.
1) The vent fan is very weak. It seems to barely draw any smoke from cooking top.

3) The buttons for the light and fan are a pain to use. You have to hold them down to get them to work, you can't just press them once and let go. Very confusing when it was new.

We've enjoyed using this doorbell. It was fairly easy to set up and works as stated. The reason for one less star was due to the initial setup. It had a difficult time connecting to our wireless network. I had to set it up right next to the extender and then mount it. It was the only way I could get it to work.

Very displeased, incomplete install, parts missing

I had 2 men arrive for the install of a new washing machine and dryer and removal of the old ones. One man was very friendly, the other didn't say a word, even when I spoke to him. He seemed not very happy. They were very careful with the removal process and also when bringing in the new machines. The problems I had weren't noticed until after they left. I read the owners manual and then went to the washer. I found they failed to remove packing from under the washer. They also failed to level it and ensure that it worked properly. I also found out that they never calibrated the drum weight distribution per the install requirements. I was upset as I had given the installer a $20 tip because it seemed like he did a good job and was nice. However, after two calls to the installer's line (they hung up on me the first time) a lady said she would send someone back out later that day and would call me prior to their arrival. Surprise...I never received a call and nobody ever showed up. I ended up doing all of this myself. Also, the dryer they installed never had the "steam" water line hooked up and the y connector that was packaged with the dryer was nowhere to be found. After dealing with the "saleswoman with an attitude" at Best Buy and then this very poor quality install, I will never again purchase a major appliance and/or install from Best Buy again. This is very sad as I am a hardcore Best Buy fanatic. I don't like being treated like this though, and I will only spend my hard earned dollars at places that treat me with respect.
