Why is the Apple TV 4K 32GB better than the other devices with only 6GB or 0GB? What does the 32 GB Apple do that the other devices can't do?
The Apple TV 4K 32 GB is better because for one thing it's 4K UltraHD and has Dolby Vision and HDR10 and 10 + visual capabilities. It can also hold more cache and your apps for download (no it does not store your movies from iTunes-that's why you use the cloud or have them on a server or in-home streaming such as QNAP on HDDs internally on your local home network). This device is also better because of the variety of frame rates it can handle and project onto your screen (be it a 4K UHDTV with HDR capability or a projector screen). This Apple TV can also play all your movies using and Movies Anywhere, VUDU, Amazon Prime Video, and iTunes movies you've purchased that are available in 4K UHD HDR).

If I buy this now, will the Amazon Prime App automatically download after they add it, or will it only be available on Apple tv’s bought after they introduce the app?
The app is available now and if you already had it pre-installed on other Apple TV devices when the app was first released (December, I believe) than it should transfer over to your newly purchased Apple TV once you've set it up and signed in with your username and password. If it doesn't then you'll just have to add it on the App Store (which is available now)

Yes as long as you have a receiver that can output 8.1 Surround Sound. Most now have this capability with Dolby Atmos firmware.
