Too many issues

Not sure where to start but this needs quite some fixing! The unit frequently crashes. When you power it up and thand external USB is connected it is not properly detected. Must disconnect and reconnect first. When you add an external drive, all of the internal memory goes to waste - it's unused! Changing channels on ATV is a pain. It takes 5-10 seconds for the program to show! You can't switch to the guide while you still watch the channel. When you want to change, the love TV stops. No PIP despite dual tuner. Video quality is mediocre. Overall this has more issues than it solves.

Maybe I am spoiled by the 4tb fast version of this drive, but in comparison the slim version feels way too slow. The smaller size is better, but I honestly prefer the speed, which is almost twice as fast on the 4tb fast version.
