I was getting wrong info on my iPad so I deleted the App. Can I take it back to Best Buy and have them reset it?
you should be able to delete the app yourself redown load it and reset it again yourself. Fitbit also has a help line if you are having problems doing.it I would call them first since it is their product they will know more about it them Best Buy employees will.

I loved the discontinued Fitbit Force except I would have preferred the option to have it stay visible at all times in the watch mode. Will the new Fitbit Charge HR allow this?
