The screen is cut off on both sides on my new LG 55UH6150. How do I correct this so we can see the whole picture correctly? Otherwise I will be bringing it back since it is not working the way it should.
There is a option in the display settings to auto adjust the screen format for the format of the programming. If it's already set on that setting then you are either watching a program that's not supporting 16x9 (wide screen) format or you are not watching the HD channel that would give you the correct format. The black or grey bars on either side of the screen represent the 4x3 format
