Make sure you turn Enhanced mode on for your HDMI ports on your player and your TV(according to manual for Bravia TV's). Also try more than 1 disc if you havnt yet. Other than that.. remove an ABR out of the equation if you have On and run direct to the TV. The issue does sound like a cable issue however. Ensure you are using Premium HDMI cables - look for the Premium HDMI COA sticker. The cables must be able to support 18Gbps.
