I've owned this WaterPik for roughly 3 months. I love it! I bought the add on Pik Pockets tips and they work wonderfully. My mouth feels refreshed. The unit is a bit noisy, but that's a minor complaint. Overall, a great product.

I have used a Waterpic for many years. I don't think I could manage without one. I find brushing my teeth is not sufficient to remove small matter from my teeth. The Waterpic always removes more small matter and makes my mouth feel clean again.

Great product but flawed design

Waterpiks are the greatest invention since toothbrushes and I've tried competing brands but always come back to Waterpik because they last longer and are much quieter. This model has a flawed design that doesn't allow the pik to be removed from the base with the water basin in place. I'll go with a different model next time.
